Tumbling
Tumble & Roll (Level 1)
A class to help your child understand their own body mechanics through cartwheels, summersaults, backbends/bridges, headstands, flexibility, and more while conditioning gross motor skills.
ATTIRE: Class uniform biketard and bare feet.
SKILLS LEARNED: Summersaults, Cartwheels, Bridges from laying down, Balance Beam Walks, & Headstands / Stalls, splits

Tumbling Cartwheel Crew (Level 2)
Prerequisite Class: Tumble & Roll
Once your child has mastered Tumble & Roll curriculum, they will graduate to learning body mechanics through roundoffs, practicing flexibility, backbends/bridges from standing, handstands, and more while conditioning gross motor skills.
ATTIRE: Class uniform leotard with tumbling shoes or bare feet.
SKILLS LEARNED: Round off, Bridges from standing, Bridge Spider walks, Handstands, Backward walking on beam, One foot Balance on Beam

Tumble & Stunts (Level 3)
Once your child has mastered Cartwheeling Crew curriculum, they will graduate to learning body mechanics through backhand springs, beamwork, back walk overs, walking handstands, team lifts, and more while conditioning gross motor skills.
ATTIRE: Class uniform leotard and tumbling shoes.
SKILLS LEARNED: Cartwheel on Beam (Beamwork), Leap on Beam (beamwork), Back Hand Spring, Spin on Beam (beamwork), Walking Handstands, Partner Lifts

Active Movers (Age 3-4)
Designed for the very active child. Students will be introduced to the concepts of body, energy, space, and time as well as encouraged to take direction from the instructor and share turns with peers while identifying basic forms of movement through imaginative games, songs, music, and rhythmical patterns which foster independence and self expression.
- ATTIRE: Clothing and hair should be non-constricting to allow them to move and flip without obstructing their view. Personal water bottle to maintain hydration.
